Juxtaposition

Tonight is one of those nights when I look back on the day and have an entirely different opinion of it than what I thought in the moment. For a while I was nervous, for a while I was excited, for a while I was hurt. But really, today was a good day. A very good day. I had fun hanging out in the mall and driving around. I may have overreacted at one point, but I always overreact. Today was a really good day, and I'm grateful just to be alive.
