I was watching the first new Scrubs of the past year tonight, and I came to some conclusions.
First off, Zach Braff looks silly with facial hair. Seriously.
And then, that the world has such a skewed idea of the truth. JD and Turk were comforting an elderly man who was dying of cancer, trying to tell him of hope and peace in death (only for them later to admit they were ridiculously scared of death), and JD jests that he has their first day in Heaven planned out: they start off at the milkshake pond and head over to the lesbian cloud next.
Obviously it's a joke. Admittedly a kind of funny mental image... But knowing that this is based off a general world thought that Heaven is going to be fuzzy happies and the pleasures we already know? It kind of breaks my heart a little.
Heaven's going to be so much more than anything we know. Don't try to compartmentalize it, America.

So true, I think America creates that mask in an effort to put off reality. They are too cowardice to know the truth, so they create what they what. Sad how the world views the home of our Heavenly father.
thank you.
