is an amazing film. I definitely understand why it got best picture. It has such a cute couple and cute little kids, but reality, too. And the way it was all edited together was so original and so good. I'm so glad we passed up Across the Universe for Slumdog Millionaire.
And then I had one of the best conversations ever. We really opened up about past boys and past girls and selfish jabs at their selfish characters. It's great to really understand where a person's coming from, to really understand his past. The truth is a really rad thing.
I'm so glad he's alive, and so glad we're just friends. He's a really great friend.
