I want Cari Palmer's Bible.
It's an ESV Study Bible. The text, interpretations, maps, articles on the reliability of manuscripts, articles on how to read the Bible, articles on how to read this Bible, an index...but no dictionary.
It was probably more than $100.
And I want it.
I went through some serious Bible envy with both hannah and constance's Bibles. My reasons were not as noble as yours are though, I just liked how their Bibles looked. Now THATS a problem.
